Let's get real with YOU

On the first of every month and at the beginning of each year, I love to get even more real with myself and check in. I look at the previous month/year and reflect on everything I experienced.

Why is this important?

This practice is very powerful for me because it gifts me an opportunity to take a real look at how I was engaging in my life? Was I really present in every experience? Did I allow myself to trust my intuition? How did I respond from a place of love? Did I gift myself freedom to honor my deepest Soul led desires?

These are just some of the things I ask myself to get real with my truth.

My intention for sharing this is to offer you the space to check in with yourself every now and then, and see if where you are headed is still in alignment with your Soul's truth and beauty.

I invite you to take some time and space to get real with yourself. This truly is a very powerful practice, it'll also assist you to let go with ease what is no longer working for you.
