It is safe to FEEL all of it

Have you ever had one of those days where everything seems like it's on top of you?

.

Never ending to do lists, house chores to get done, groceries to get, people to see etc..

.

I've had those days and it isn't fun. It feels like there is no light at the end of the tunnel and you're so overwhelmed

.

What do I do in those moments?

.

I gift myself so my freedom and permission to feel it all. I feel it and have "one" of those days without judgement or criticism of myself

.

And then what happens?

.

You start to feel the clarity, the release, the relief and the truth that you were seeking comes forward with more ease.

.

And all that's required in the moment is to honor all that you're experiencing, and NOT ignore it/dismiss it/bypass it with a positive emotion or distract yourself with something else that doesn't feel aligned

.

This is the deep honoring I'm talking about. And oh my goodness it can be so uncomfortable, but when you can stay with it and honor it fully and feel it, you'll get to the other side feeling better than you did. You start to breathe deeper and your nervous system comes back into alignment

.

We often learn at a young age that when you're having a day when you're feelinga sense of misalignment or low or down or negative - focus on being happy, joyful or distract yourself"

.

And yes, it's so important to focus on what you're grateful for and what's going well in your life

.

However if you don't take the time to honor and feel all the " other" stuff that goes on for you, they just get stuck somewhere in your physical body and cause physical ailments which then comes out as an emotion where you erupt like a volcano (sound familiar). I've been there.

.

Today whatever it is you're experiencing, invite you to feel it deeply, honor it fully and trust yourself knowing you've got this. And God/Spirit/Universe is deeply supporting you every step of the way

.
